As some of you may know we had a Catastrophic Database Failure on one of our client facing servers on the 30th October 2021.
64 Client hosting accounts were affected including our main hosting client portal.
We have been able to successfully recover 59 client accounts in full without any loss of data.
Our hosting portal was not fully recoverable and we have lost all our clients billing and contact data.
We will be in contact with the remaining 5 clients with regards to their websites and the way forward to get them back online as soon as possible.
Our ticket system will also be back online from tomorrow the 10th January 2022.
If you are one of the affected clients who still have non-functional websites then you are welcome to log a support ticket for more personalised updates and way forward.
